At Phillip Island Coffee Roasters, we’re passionate about creating coffee that captures that feeling. We roast only high-quality green beans, carefully sorted for consistency. Each batch is slow-roasted and specially cooled to reduce cracking and preserve the delicate oils that define great coffee. After roasting, the beans are rested for 10 days to de-gas naturally — the perfect balance for smooth, aromatic coffee every time.
Our two signature blends — The Beand Signature Blend and the Phillip Island Coffee Roasters San Remo Blend — are both made from ethically sourced 100% Arabica beans, with a distinct balance of Brazilian and Colombian origins. Each delivers its own character, crafted to reflect the warmth and soul of our coastal community.
